RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

According to art. IV - Policy about exchange of non food items (Annex Nr. 1 to the Government Decision Nr. 1465 dated December 8th, 2003), The customer has the right to exchange or return the unused ordered product during 14 calendar days in case if purchased product is of unsuitable shape, dimensions, style, size, color or cannot be used as intended, by the buyer for any other reasons. Customer request for order exchange or full refund of the purchase price is accepted in case if the ordered product was not used, did not lose its consumer properties, all the fillings, seals are at place (in case they were there at the purchase moment) and is submitted proof of product purchase from the particular seller, cash receipt and warrantee certificate on the purchase, issued to the consumer together with sold goods.
